Hi Team –
As preparation for a few of the decisions that need to be made on the new recognition tool, I need to ask for your assistance.

For each country, we need to know what the associated tax gross up value will be on a $100 (converted to local currency) award. Please show the percentage. (see attached example) Please make sure that we look at two types of awards. Normal spot type awards and long service awards as the taxation may be different in the countries. Additionally, if there is a threshold, meaning taxation doesn’t start until you pass a particular dollar amount, please include that also.

Please advise when you would be able to complete this exercise for each country.
