Supplier agrees to provide redundancy from the Supplier Point of Presence facility to the Supplier centers providing the Services such that alternate voice (via VoIP) and data routing is available through two separate pathways from such Point of Presence, and to demonstrate the effectiveness of such redundancy at HP’s request. Telephony trunking standard will include 40% overtrunking measured against peak concurrent users, or 1.4 ACD to ports to 1 workstation of capacity to support unforeseen call spikes, transfers, and call queuing. Additional monthly Disaster Recovery charges apply on a T-1 basis for overtrunking capacity in excess of 40%.
