To understand the attitudes of undergraduate nursing students towards mental health nursing, we conducted a systematic review of research on the topic. In so doing, we also explored the potential role of the undergraduate education in shaping students' attitudes towards practicing in the area. Thus, two main questions were posed in this system
atic review:
1. What attitudes do undergraduate nursing students have towards mental health nursing?
2. What influence does undergraduate nursing education have on the attitudes of undergraduate nursing students towards mental health nursing?
