Diploma or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
2-3 years in internal sales, direct sales or marketing and client relationship management
*Strong experience with ERP & CRM process and system (Software) - Navision preferred
Good experience in sales ordering, invoicing and delivering processes , Experience in customer negotiations and crisis management, Experience in multinational companies is an advantage
Proficient use of ERP and CRM software for sales tasks and reporting, Ordering, invoicing and scheduling processes for industrial products/ service , Computer literacy and use of all modern communication tools
Good in English both written & speaking, able to communicate with other nationalities, international contact is required
Multi-tasking skills, independent and highly-responsible, proactive and creative thinking
Communicative and open minded, excellent reporting and presentation skills
