In this manuscript author presented results on Sauropus androgynous shoots obtained in tissue culture and treated with UV-C irradiation for better production of phenolics and flavonoids. The study is interesting with possible biotechnological application. However, some improvements need to be done concerning the better characterization of tested plant tissues , presentation of obtained results and English language.
