This study has two purposes: 1) to study on the effectiveness of waste management by the people in Lat Bua Khao Sub-District Local Administration, and 2) to study the factors that cause the effectiveness of waste management by the people in that area. The research method is quantitative. The data was randomly collected from households living in 5 villages by using questionnaires, altogether 100 samples were interviewed. The statistics tested were reliability-test using Cronbach’s Alpha, construct validity-test using factor analysis and causality-test using regression analysis.
