Of importance in the prevention and abatement of the negative effects of the advancement in age are the physical exercises, a sound way of life, entering new obligations and the assay of new experiences. The technique of renunciation to commodity and becoming active is a true science that needs not only be learned but also practiced and leveled to the individual`s specific features whom we have to deal with.
