Whereas, the goods shown in the above mentioned Bill of Entry were laden by M/s Jet Airlines vide Airway Bill No.589-2316-6780 dated 26.08.2014 and as per the said Airway Bill, above consignment having goods of 76.00 kgs. (gross weight) was shown to be laden from the Bangkok, Thailand whict was destined to Jaipur. The Air Cargo Manifest No.553342 dated 29.08.2014 having Customs Ref. EGM.No.85740/14, filed by M/s Jet Airways at Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai, which is duty signed by the Preventive Office, Customs, ACC, Sahar, Mumbai also show the quantity of goods received at Mumbai as weighing 76.0 Kgs.
