Last week we have found a number of spatter frames around head stock area continuously and all of them to be reworked by F5 powder team already but all frames in F5 stock that not yet sorting need to be sorted and rework as soon as possible. Anyway this problem it was raised to F3 before and reoccurrence this time again .According the concern, I would like to send RCAP to inform you and ask you for corrective action to prevent the future problem by filling your information in the RCAP document that attached by this E-mail.
We expects the RCAP form to be returned within 7 days of receipt; detailing Root Cause and the Corrective/Preventative Action taken to prevent re-occurrence.
Please ensure that your reply is accompanied by all the relevant supporting documentation i.e. Process Sheets, Visual Aids etc. Also ensure that a clear delivery date is
specified; this is the date when parts will arrive at Triumph without this quality concern.
