Project team shall be send RMC report to PTT. The report includes planning, identification, assessment, analysis, and handling of potential risks, implementation of risk-handling options, and a monitoring effort to track the effectiveness of the risk management program. The goal of risk management is to define methods or identify alternatives that mitigate or minimize risks to an acceptable level.
Risk management consists of five separate, but interrelated activities:

• Risk Handling
