This feasibility approach allows OSHA to make trade-offs between health and economics, but it is prejudiced in favor of health and safety by placing the burden of proof on industry to show that high standards are economically unfeasible. Health and safety standards are not required come what may; but an industry is required to meet the highest standards attainable within techno¬logical and economic reasons.
