1. Booth lay out of the participating Philippine companies. If you have questions about this, kindly let me know soonest. Please note that each company should bring their respective table cloth cover. As the booth is situated in the open area of the mall alleys, make sure to provide enough cover cloth, maybe with nets with locks, to cover your products which will be stored under the counter.
2. Central World Map locating the area of the Philippine booths (4) at Temp 03 zone.
3. Map Guide for loading area. All participants of Philippine booth will enter at the Dazzle entrance. The route area was presented and visited during the 03 November meeting.

I wish to thank the representatives from Thai Liwayway Marketing and Goldilocks Bake Shop for attending the YWCA meeting held yesterday at Central World and for submitting the Donation for Raffle Prizes. It would have been better if the other three participating companies have sent at least one representative to the meeting to be able to know more about the bazaar, especially now that this will be held in a different venue.
The badges (6 per company) are with me already, so please feel free to come to the Embassy and get them. You will need the badges for your participation in the bazaar especially in load your products.
I plan to do simple decoration of Philippine flags and posters for all the booth in the morning of 19 November at 8 am. The organizers prefer to have simple decoration and no hanging of tarpaulin and other materials. You can bring your respective roll up posters or other posters to decorate your designated area.
The opening ceremony is scheduled at 9 am on Friday, 20 November to be graced by Princess Soamsawali. All booths must be ready by 8 am. I will accompany the The Philippine Ambassador who will attend the opening ceremony. You may wish to bring a gift for Princess Soamsawali to be presented by the Philippine Ambassador. During the meeting, it was advised that the each booth that is not yet visited by Princess Soamsawali will wait and will not do any selling. Selling will start once the Princess Soamsawali leaves the bazaar.
The organizers will give free three hours parking only. . According to the meeting yesterday, there will be 400 pcs of parking sticker for 12 hours parking and 100 pcs for 24 hours parking. Please inform asap if you will need parking sticker so we could try to reserve some.
It would be appreciated if you could acknowledge receipt of this email especially to the other companies that did not send any representative to the meeting held yesterday. The Embassy is anxious to know if you are still interested to participate in the bazaar?
Best regards.
