WHEREAS UNODC, the Ministries of [ eg Customs, Police, Anti-narcotics, other ] (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Parties") share common objectives with regard to improving the security of the containerized trade supply chain and wish to collaborate to further these common goals and objectives within their respective mandates and governing rules and regulations;
