2.1. The sole and exclusive purpose

2.1. The sole and exclusive purpose of the Consortium are as follows :
2.1.1. To prepare and submit the Proposal to the Employer for the execution and completion of the Green Forest Resort & Hetel Measot Project.
2.1.2. In the event that the proposal is accepted and a contract for the project is signed by the Employer and the Consortium on the terms agree between them (hereinafter called to “Contract”), to perform into the Contract entered into with the Employer and to carry out and complete the Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and the Consortium Agreement.
