Regret very much inconveniences caused to you.
It appears that bank had rectified a mistake they made when issuing the LC(From certain suppliers we require one original BL but not from MACO)

The attachment forwarded to me is not an amendment. It is only a rectification msg sent to your bank.

However to sort out the matter I can suggest you following as couriering BL back to you will consume time and thereby delay submission of documents to your bank which will cause discrepancies.

Hence pls note that i am in a position to inform our bank that not to raise discrepancy for submission of one BL and to waive off the discrepancy charge for same.
