If you take the side pins on each side out of the check fixture how far does the glass each side overhang the jig?
With the side pins removed does the glass reach the top pins and also the 3 holes line up on the pins?
With the side pins removed do the gauge templates still register in tolerance?
Once I understand the above we can make a call on 668PW004’s you have already made and what stock of glass you have there

Obviously we still need the issue resolved at VMC to fit the check fixture as an important step
