We have check in OMS all orders' returns of last 5 months (please see the attachment). Please can you give us information about the following?
1) Does the number of SKU in the attached sheet match with your records?
2) We found several orders not shown in the "OPS - CS - Customer Returns" gdoc (marked in red). Can you please give clarification about this?
3) Some products were returned because "wrong product". We should understand which one was wrong because SBnet mistake and which one because of our fault. Can you please provide more specific information regarding this point?
