2. In these fields write the following:

Status: PAPANN O (in upper case) : d.o.b. (insert your date of birth month and year e.g. 08-95).
.... so it would read: PAPANN O : d.o.b. 08-95

Height: your height in cm (e.g. 170)
Bust: your chest in cm (e.g. 90)
Waist: your waist in cm (e.g. 60)
Hips: your hips in cm (e.g. 90)
[NOT inches]

Dress size: Leave Empty
Shoes: Leave Empty
Eyes: Leave Empty
Hair: Leave Empty

3. Click on the PDF icon

4. Select A5 and One Page, enter code and click OK

5. Save the .pdf on your computer
[at the top of your internet browser click on File and then Save or Save As]

6. Attach the .pdf file and FB to me here or email to scout@vivamodelZ.com
[do not send me the website URL link of the page with your compcard, this does not work. you have to save and attach the .pdf file]
