This made increase competition in the tourism and hospitality easier and hassle-free.
• Development in travel sector- Travel agencies aims to make sure whatever the customer wants and also planning of the customer’s holiday to the minute detail. Transportation is increase allow tourist cheaper travel options (Reyad A, 2005).
• Business requirement- Those travelling for business purpose are expected a sound environment to work, good food, conference facilities and minimum disturbance. This made change to industry for cater to these needs.
• Holiday requirements- One’s needs are many to enjoy a perfect on holiday due to the busy lifestyles of people. Most tourists require stress-free activities like spa treatments, holiday sports, connecting with nature. These emerging trends change the industry.
