2.2.3. Statistical analysis
Both descriptive and analytical analyses were carried out.
One-way ANOVA analysis was carried using JMP software (Version
5) with alpha value of 0.05 to test for significant differences among
all parameters with time. Furthermore, the mean of each
parameter in both reactors throughout the experiment was
performed using Excel.
