Khun Nirand, Khun Suwat
Please advise rules and regulations for the following.
(1) Expatriate 90 Days Notice
I remember that foreigners who stay/live in Thailand long time having valid work permit
and staying visa are required to report to Immigration every 90th day or on the 90th day
from the latest entry into Thailand.
If it is still in force, please make/follow it for Mr. Aoki.
(2) Work Permit for Short Visit Supporters
Chiyota Japan will send several staffs and workrs to CGT to support CGT's start up.
1. Some of them may have to stay longer than 30 days, even 60 - 90
days per visit.
They never get any income in Thailand. And one same person stays in Thailand
not over 180 days in view of personal income tax return.
Do they have to get work permit for their each visit? And,
what are the requirements
for the application?
2. Some stay very short, not over 15 days. Are they required to
report to Dept. of
Employment?
Also, who should follow it? How about my and Shimowaki's
visits, Mr. Isemura's visits?
These are just to get information and to make business discussions with customers,
suppliers and vendors.
Thank you in advance and best regards,
T. Kuroyanagi
