[6] The geographic information databases based on environment management geographic information system (EMGIS), which can enable users to input and view information after the computation of the numerical model, the model results will be saved in binary files or text files. When the users send the operation messages, the model results can be read into the memory and shown directly from the EMGIS graphical user interface. EMGIS provides the fundamental functions of GIS but not limited to data input, editing, management and output, spatial data and attribute data query and graphical layers management.
