On behalf of the friend of "Donkub" id, i would like to say i am really disappointed with your help. I am sending this email to you because the owner of "Donkub" has been so tired when he got your answer and he wants to stop playing this game. Therefore, i am here sending this email to help him because i dont want him to quit this game. He wasted too much money on this game.
My friend has been waiting for almost 2 weeks to get all item recovered after got hacked but what he got from u was just a simple statement "SORRY you cant help for that!!!!"
Isn't it a ridiculous thing that you cannot do anything to get his all item back? Here is all evident of "Donkub" id's infomation that we all (thai friends of donkub) can gather to proof that what he was asking to get back were real. Also i have attached some of his top up history that we spent on this game which is much more than this (he spent up to $2000++).
I hope i will get some good response from you soon. Otherwise, we all (thai players) will write what bad service you have on the app review (app store and google play). I do not challenge you but if "Donkub" does not get a proper help (at least just roll back his data to 15-20 days ago before this id got hacked, i believe you must have a backup data), i will do what i say.
