I can see you have mentioned you replaced the scopia management but in your earlier emails we received the details as below:
“· Is this a new Installation
Yes, it is. Replacement MCU”

Please confirm what exactly was replaced.

I can also see that the all the devices are comparatively on a very lower software version. Is there any specific reason for that? We at Avaya always recommend to keep the devices updated on the latest version. The current available software for MCU is V8.3.X
· Elite 6000 MCU: V8.3.1.8.6

· Scopia Desktop Server (SDS): SDS 8.3 SP1

· iVIEW/Scopia Management (SMGMT): 8.3.1.0.147


I would recommend to upgrade all the devices first. Please follow below steps to download software from plds.avaya.com site:

1. Login to the plds.avaya.com with your credentials.

2. Select assets.
