The virtually realistic scenes are produced by 3D
computer graphics rendering elaborately modeled
objects. The objects are usually modeled out of several
triangles and thereby the role of the 3D graphics
pipeline is to process the vertices and pixels of these
triangles. A 3D graphics pipeline is composed of
geometric subsystem and raster subsystem. Fig.1 is the
traditional 3D graphics rendering pipeline.
