We observe significant gender differences in our results. Female respondents are significantly more positive than male respondents regarding the disclosure of environmental information. Gender differences have been studied in the literature, for example, Croson and Gneezy (2009) suggest that women are more risk averse than men and Powell and Ansic (1997)
found that females are less risk seeking than males and that females adopt different strategies in financial decision environments
