In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, skim milk, vanilla powder. Add in egg yolk and melted butter. Add water/milk one tablespoon at a time, mix well. Cover and rest the dough for 20 mins.
Use rolling pin or noodle machine to roll it into thin stripe, wrap banana and cheese then deep fry over low fire until brown. Remember to keep the fire low, because the wrapper get burn very easily.
