Then Andy's tracks down Josh Henson, a gourmet chef who has hit the street in his food truck 'Skillet'. Andy takes a lesson from the master chef, cooking up Josh's Sockeye Salmon with Corn Succotash. After his gourmet lunch, Andy finds the perfect dessert with Adria Schumada and her 'Parfait Ice Cream Company'. Adria's Balabee Honey Ice cream is made with honey from urban hives right in the centre of Seattle. Andy tries his hand at roof-top beekeeping and is inspired to make the ultimate American classic dessert, his Shortbread Apple Pie With Honeycomb Ice Cream.
