To be honest, would you pls follow up suppliers yourself by refer to my initial email of asking for HALAL Cert. so that supplier can ask any questions and then get reply back from QA team directly if they have any query, it will be more efficiency work.

Otherwise, Procurement team will lead and chase suppliers to get back on your request if they do nothing or ignore to feedback on time, thank you
