You are informed of the key points which was talked yesterday as follows.
1, Preparation/ Attitude as Manager
1) Interim/ Progress report
Not necessary to wait until get results/ conclusion if take a time to conclude.
Must be reported as Interim/ Progress periodically, Otherwise nobody know the
progress situation and what we need to do. Please consider,;
How important the Interim/ Progress report? and Why need the Interim report?
2) Do not forget that you are final checker(final check person) when make report
and/ submit. Will be troubled yourself if mistake. Keep in your mind.
3) Do not leave to others everything. Move more actively.
4) Make appeal yourself more actively including what did you do/
What did your staffs do etc.
5) Manage your staffs drastically, especially Behavior.
