To honor this agreement, “the Contractor” has to complete the works within the due date as specified under clause 1. If “the Contractor” is not able to do so due to “the contractor’s “fault, “the Contractor” agrees to be fined by “WCH” 0.01% of the total project cost per day- capped at 10%- until “the Contractor” finishes the works and hand over is completed, in accordance with this agreement.
