Problem of space or equipment, pls let me know within one hour if you cannot release booking to customer. Think that booking from customer on Friday noon time until today afternoon cannot release booking to customer is not reasonable.
Space, pls ask me to talk with carrier imme after we confirmed with carrier. Pls do not wait mail from carrier. You can release booking to customer imme.
Equipment, pls ask me to support if equipment not available or not enough for all booking. Don’t waiting over than one hour.
