The problem that the shipment was delayed. Because i have a problem with my credit card. I can not confirm order on the time.
So i have a way to fix it
1. Add two more credit card accounts for support my shipment
2. Provide assistant for take care my account. If there have any problem we can solve it in time.
3. Inspection order-sold with greater frequency than normal. At least four times for a day.
4. Every Order, I will provide tracking number and customer can track until address.
5. In case of delivery delays I will refund 100%
and all the time I work with Amazon I to cooperate to the good sales performance of all time.
Finally. I hope that will be consider form Amazon. And allow us to sell again. If this problem happen again. we will accept all mistake with no argument.
