Its training can be divided into 3 parts which are General training, Department Training and External Training. General training is provided by Human Capital Development (HCD) department. It is a core training. It will train employees about the attitude, behavior, innovation. Department Training is provided by the head of that department. For example, in housekeeping department, the head housekeeper will teach the employees to change bedding and make beds. External Training by sending the employees to go and train outside when there is an interesting course or the compulsory program (according to the law).
