In the event of change in location

In the event of change in location or change of date of conference, Organiser shall notify CA in writing giving 14 days' notice. CA shall have discretion whether to accept the change in location and/or date or to cancel the sponsership. In the event CA chooses to cancel the sponsorship, Organiser shall refund to CA in full all sponsorship monies paid
in advance.
