Responsibilities:-
Responsible for recruitment administration tasks, including pre-employment medical checkup, employment contract, other related documents and company’s assets.
Prepare employee’s movement announcement and reports.
Maintain the internal database for all permanent and temporary staff.
Handle administration of visa and work permit for expats.
Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in HRM / HRD / BA or other related fields.
0-2 years related experience in Human Resources or Administration Function.
Good communication, interpersonal skills, Result-oriented, Service Mind and Team player.
Strong interpersonal skills, and able to work well under pressure.
Good command in English and computer literacy.
