2 A recent Cyber Scout camp, aptly named “Fight Bad
Web,” recruited hundreds of 11-year-old volunteers to monitor cyberspace
and report Web sites containing pornography, gambling, narcotics, and lèsemajesté
to the MICT. For their efforts, the MICT awarded the volunteers with
King Bhumibhol’s portraits (Prachatai, 2011a).
