As advised by you to write to Ms Nichnipa for hotel booking we requested her only and with copy to you.
It is the Thailand consulate who demands hotel confirmation for visa and since there is no time left because Mr Biswas is leaving for Myanmar on 12th
Also how do we know that Ms Nicnipa is on leave. When we called your office no body informed us that. They said Nichnipa already left for home
Anyone could have informed us on mail also.
Finally Mr Biswas could not submit his visa and now he will try visa on arrival.
However we got hotel confirmation today and thanks for same
