Have been to Novotel Patong this Jan. The moment you enter the resort , one thing that really catches your eye is the view from here , right to the most famous Patong beach. Scenic beauty at its best. Have a cup of coffee and sit in the restaurant facing the beach , rooms even are beach facing with a huge balcony. Rooms are nice & clean . Staff is superb and defines Thai hospitality. The breakfast is wide spread and tasty. It is just a min to patong walking and it offers free shuttle to the biggest all in Phuket near bangla street. 3 no pools in a single resort....how nice is that! Surely a place to stay due to its incredible accessibility to places . Surely next time to Phuket has to be Novotel Patong!

I get back from vacation or I have stayed at the Novotel Phuket Resort 2 weeks a very nice cozy hotel rooms sober and very quiet hotel. We took the shuttle at our disposal with an extra-friendly staff, smiling and helpful thank you all gardeners maids receptionists security services told you all thank you I still not forgotten Mr. Olive superintendent therefore you can be proud of your teams.

We stopped a full week in this hotel as part of a tour group of about 30 people. Very welcome with a personal and leadership listening, pleasant and very adaptable. Food is very qualitative, buffets are varied and original, on the map, it seems to satisfy everyone. We opted for an "All Inclusive" that leaves nothing to complain about. We took two evenings "Gala" or all of the hotel is devoted to make us spend a good evening. Housing level, the rooms are very clean, spacious and well laid out (our the king king king size bed ...) ... In short, a hotel to recommend, because of its location, its beauty and especially the seriousness of all of the team. A dedication to the director Olivier was fussing over us all week as well as Hugo and all the French team who have contributed greatly to the success of this trip ...

Convenient, safe location with good views of the ocean. Unfortunately on arrival was given a room with a view that does not confirm with booking on Agoda, but after 2 days given a nice room with a view. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, comfortable. Beach excellent, close to the hotel. Breakfast in the restaurant is slightly inferior to the common good. But mostly we are very happy, I think will come again.
