Our client is a leading global luxury brand, they are currently looking for a regional manager for their After Sales team, covering Thailand and Singapore, playing a key role in maintaining and developing the quality of their customer experience.

Responsibility:
•Responsible for providing quality after sales services and ensure the standard is in line according to the company policy
•Support after sales services workflow and implement action plans on both daily basis and long-term
•Provide analytical support to overall operations as well as coordinating with the repairs team
•Handle with the customer complains / Address all the document related to the after sales
•Co-ordinate with the regional team and improve the after sales process
Qualifications:
•At least 5 years’ experience in after sales services or customer service - preferably in accessories / luxury / FMCG industry
•Good command of spoken and written English is needed
•Experience in repairs is a definite advantage
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent inter-personal skills and a good team player
•Supervisory experience is highly preferred
