After FE found the quality problem then we will analyse the root cause first. If the solution need to prove by test ,FE will meeting and design testing. The FE test will use silver weight separately that approve by production manager. There are many objective of test such as treeing method, tree type , parameter , quenching time , etc. If the result of FE test is better , we will use this data submit to issue TECN with the product sample from FE test. Furthermore FE test also use on small lot of some project before issue TECN such as improvement project from QA,PMS and EI. The FE test document ,can see as attached file krub.
