Please be informed that the NC15004, Lenox accept claim but they still pending inform the route cause. This NC is transfer to claim status. The BB claim normally be replace quantity. Model for replacement may not be the same as defect.

Please be inform that the claim quantity should be accumulate done one time around year end as usual as Metalis. If anything change, we will keep inform.
