6.3.2 Contingency plans
BTA shall prepare contingency plans to satisfy customer requirement in the event of emergency such as utility interruptions, labor shortages, key equipment failure and field returns.
6.4 Work Environment
BTA has defined and implemented those human and physical factors of the work environment needed to achieve conformity of product.
This includes:
a) safety conditions;
b) Work methods;
c) Ambient working conditions.
6.4.1 Personnel safety to achieve product requirements
Concerns regarding product safety and means to minimize potential risks to workforces, customers, users and the environment especially in manufacturing process activities. BTA shall promote internal awareness of safety considerations relative to the products on the following activities:
• define responsibilities for safety
• error proofing as a preventive activity in design and process control
• knowledge and application of regulations,
• records of accidents
• use of protective equipment
6.4.2 Cleanliness of premises
BTA shall be utilized as a means for good housekeeping throughout BTA organization. Implementation example may include:
• Appropriate disposal conditions,
• Appropriate space and storage conditions,
• Clean, intact transport and operating
