From your driven power 880Kw, and add a 0.92 efficiency factor for the E-motor and gearbox.
We can calculate the rated output torque of the pinion is 204,574 Nm.
For the Kiln drive, the max. torque should be the start torque and you have the factor 250%. The maximal torque is 511,435 Nm.
If you have only one pinion , we can use 2* CBM 2000 1000 SA0N0A + 2* DUE-L3-315/315-500+500/500+500.
In the Drive Unit , totally there are 4 sets 315Kw E-motors and 8 sets 500cc/rev pumps.
And from our experience , this drive torque maybe a little higher than the actual torque.
So we have a more radical solution is 2* CBP 840 840 SA0V0CC + DUEXL3-355/355-500+500/500+500 +DUEXL1-355-500+500.
In this Drive Unit , totally there are 3 sets 355Kw E-motors and 6 sets 500cc/rev pumps
Consider the drive speed , we can’t use our CB 840 motors , so CBP 840 was used.
If you have two pinions , you can mount the two motors on the different shaft , it should be better for your pinions and girth gear.
And we can also use 4 set motors to drive two pinions: 4* CB 560 520 SA0N0C + 2* DUE-L3-315/315-500+500/500+500.
The radical solution is : 4* CB 560 440 SA0N0C + DUEXL3-355/355-500+500/500+500 +DUEXL1-355-500+500.
The benefit is when one motor damaged , the remaining three motors can drive the kiln at a high system pressure , if you don’t have a spare motor at site.
