How to make Makaknam preserve
Ingredient
Makaknam 1 kg
sugar, 2 1/2 cup
salt, 1 cup
water, 10 cups
1. Wash and pound Makaknam after that mixed salt and water 8 cup. Boil down to warm pour Makaknam pickle 2 day.
2. Mix sugar and water 2 cup pot simmer low heat 5 minutes. Let it cool put into the pot bring Makaknam soak 1 night doing this 3 days until saturation.
