Informed by best practices in teach

Informed by best practices in teaching mobile computing [20], we
began the solicitation for device donations early in the course
development. We are fortunate to receive generous mobile phone
donations from Microsoft Windows and Mobiles Teams. The
content delivering vehicle is thus decided, the course will be
based on Windows Phone and the C# programming language, and
every student in our classes will have access to a device to
program on.
