It’s clearly stated that Fire Blanket for Protection is general consumable is Subcontractor’s scope of works

Due to this RFQ is Lump Sum Subcontract all unit price / cost shall be inclusive all responsibilities and obligations in connection with the Scope of Work

NPC shall comply with the requirement and withdraw the additional indirect cost.

NPC is required to revise proposal and re-submit.
Any deviations / exception to scope of works shall be considered “Failure to Technical Compliance” and TNS reserve the rights to reject the Proposal.
