Please advise whether we can link the staff attendance data from the card reader (HP-C806) to your HR system?
Our device (HP-C806) is controlled by the main PC which its specification is quite standard and does not have backup system
Our device at the each entrance (about 20 entrance) has in/out data with ID, which are not only coming to/leaving office record but all data even in the working time.
If we download the data, we have to do that from each device, i.e. 20 times.
So we afraid it would not be suitable for tracking employee’s attendance report and need long backup.
In the first place, our DGM’s simple question –
How will HR use such in/out data for in the new HR system? Highly appreciating if you advise specifically.
If we have to install any interface system, please give us the detail and quotation.
