CT WHOLE ABDOMEN
The spiral scan was performed using 2mm interval in both pre and post contrast enhancement. Oral contrast media and contrast media enema were performed.
Findings; Liver has normal size, normal attenuation, smooth surface and no mass.
No dilatation of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts is seen.
Gallbladder has normal thinned wall, size 2.6 mm and internal tiny hypodense lesion to bile, size 2.8 mm, suspected cholesteral stone.
Spleen, adrenal glands and pancreas are normal.
Both kidneys have no mass or stone.No dilatation of both pelvocalyceal systems is seen.
Bladder has no mass or stone.
The uterus shows normal size with a small myoma uteri at fundus, size 2.3x1.9 cm. Both ovaries are unremarakble.
Visualized bowel is unremarkable.
No ascites or lymphadenopathy is seen.
Lumbar spondylosis is seen.
Visualized lung is unremarkable.
IMP :
- Suggestive of a tiny cholesteral gallstone, seen as hypodense to bile.
- A myoma uteri at uterine fundus
- Lumbar spondylosis
