Certificate of Utilization/ indicates the person named as land holder/ has put the land to use/ and has the processor rights./ This certificate can be convertible/ to title deed by ground survey/ or conversion./
Pre-Emptive Certificate/ authorizes temporary occupation of land./This certificate is not transferable/ except on inheritance./
Claim Certificate/ indicates a claim lodged/ by a person who was in possession/ and made use of the land prior to Nineteen fifty four/ (1954) or the effective date of the Land Code./ The certificate is not transferable except on inheritance./
